I had the same problem a while back. Called cobalt and they said it was a
problem that they where aware of and they could telnet in and fix it. They
telneted in and fixed and no more problems. I was told it was a problem with
the level the monitoring app looks at. Wish they had told me now what they
did so I was able to help you out.
