Yes. If you ./configure --enable-dbase you will have access to the PHP
dbase functions. No libraries need to be installed first to do so, at least
with PHP 4.0.5. I've installed with dbase support successfully on RaQ2 and
RaQ4, haven't tried on other Cobalt systems yet.

Make sure you do --with-mysql as well and add any of the other configuration
options you want to run on your server. If PHP is already installed on the
server it's a good idea to at least use those config options as well.
