I'm gonna assume that you're talking about using RealVideo files?
Here's a few links about RealAudio and RealVideo, and whether or not
you need RealServer installed, that you might find handy. Most of them
discuss the limitations, what http can handle versus what rstp can
handle, etc.
Basically as long as you don't expect a boatload of people to hit you
and you have 40MB of RAM available for each stream you expect to send
out, you'll be fine.
