If you have to ask, I suggest you start with the pakage file.
http://pkg.nl.cobalt.com/i386/RaQ3-RaQ4-MySQL-3.23.37-1.pkg
Copy and then Paste this shortcut into the "URL" text field on the "Install
Software"
GUI page. (it will get it and install it)

NO! do not remove Postgre, the cobalt admin GUI uses Postgre.
