Hi,

I had same problem on my RaQ4.
check your vim check-sum. My RaQ's result is shown.

[root /root]#sum /usr/bin/vim
50730 1455
[root /root]#

My problem was failure to upgrade package. If your vim check sum is not
'50730 1455', so it may be same problem.
I tried to remove package and re-upgrade package. Now, it works fine.
