Re: [cobalt-users] Webalizer for RaQ2

I'm sure it's been discussed, but I couldn't find it in the archives. Is
there a package for the RaQ2? I tried to download the .pkg file from the
webalizer website and it even said it was for the Mips, but when I tried to
install the .pkg, it said it was for the x86 platform. Any help please? Or
should I just get the source? If I get the source, is there anything in
particular I should know?

Webalizer should install fine from source. Pre-requisites for Webalizer are:

libpng - http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/libpng.html

gd - http://www.boutell.com/gd/

You will need a script to run in /etc/cron.daily that creates the stats for you- I will be happy to let you have a copy of our script if you like.

By the way, the "package" on the Webalizer site ( I presume you are refering to http://www.mrunix.net/webalizer/download.html ) appears to be a Tarball, and not a package at all. How did you try to install it?
