Sorry, no... I have lots of domains with them, and when I had a problem
with one of the scripts on the server returning an error and I sent an
e-mail to support, I was answered immediately, and they even did what I
wanted to do though the site for me...
they also have (at USA work hours) live chat.
go into "FAQ" and click on the humanclick icon...
the only thing I don't like with them is the lame NT enviroment... the
WHOIS server of theirs crashes all the time, but I don't care. it's cheap,
the domains works, and that's what I care for :)
