hi cobalt-users,
we have a problem with our RAQ4. we need to change the SSL certificate for the administrator site. As I understood, I have to delete the old main site certificate and then install the new. as told in the manual deleting the main site certificate will drop the connection to the administrator site. but our RAQ doesn't update the certificate after this process. when deleting the certificate in the administrator both certificates are deleted. but when I now try to install the new certificate the server takes the wrong 'old' certificate and not the new one. what's my fault?
can anyone help?
