Several vendors who post to the bizopps@xxxxxxxxxxx mailing list will do this for a very reasonable fee.

This is one guy to stay away from though. I paid him $500 for custom modifications and he took the money
and ran, never returned phone calls or emails. Mail me offlist and I'll give you his name. 
I ended up taking the time to do the mods and install myself. It's not that hard and plenty of people
on the Opensrs lists are willing to help via email.
