And in case I misinterpreted what you're trying to do, it's quite easy to
have a user's *incoming* mail copied to another account. Simply add a
record in /etc/aliases like (to copy admin):
user_name: user_name, admin
Then run:
newaliases
Of course, please verify the legalities of reading your user's email,
especially if you have not informed them that they've agreed to let you do
so.
