No, it's someone trying to send email to those addresses.
Add those aliases to that domain's site administrator pop box, and you
won't get these messages anymore.
He, however, will get the emails - which are probably spam crap.

As a web host, you should set up these aliases automatically for the
site administrator when you set up the domain. Also 'abuse', in case
someone wants to complain about a spam they supposedly get from that
domain.
