I think the padlock only shows when the content is 100% SSL, not mixed as in
this case, that page hasn't been especially made to call eveything on it
securely, the SSL will only be used for a payment section eventually, not
the entire site.
Thanks again to all who helped, I'll try a full stop and start next time,
perhaps that will work. A httpd restart definitely didn't do it.
