IIRC, you shouldn't name it anything. The MX record should point domain.com
MX mail.otherdomain.com or whatever the other mail server is called. If it's
not on your server, it shouldn't have that domain's name in it.
Then your A records would be as normal domain.com --> IP address
www.domain.com --> IP address.
