DNS seems fine, login is fast for both FTP and Telnet. The RAQ4 itself is
the Primary DNS for most of the Websites that are hosted on it as well.

Make sure Telnet and FTP respond immediately (no more than 1-2 secs of
delay)... (i'm talking about the *connection* phase, and not the actual
session you make after the login & password)
if they do - dns delay...
if they don't - no idea :)
