No, it limits potential future noise as it points out what this list is for,
since some people may need a reminder.

Tubbe hits the nail on the head.
Why you choose to make such an issue out of my single line reply to the way
OT joke post when your complaint is about more noise is beyond me. I guess
some people's moderation is better than others.
The term pot-kettle-black comes to mind.
