Most people need to 'upgrade their dns' to see the 'other' TLD's.
For example I have a linksys cable router on my desktop that I use for my
dns resolution the dns servers are listed as 208.179.42.162, 204.107.129.2
and 12.28.140.20 these are atlantic roots DNS servers.
Those setting will let you see things like www.personalinjury.biz and
www.trends.biz as well as some big name players like www.BBC.news and
www.CNN.news plus all of the 'normal' domains.
To see new.net domains you would have to add their dns servers.
