Yeah imagine that eh? darned customers are always sucking down big gobs
of human cpu cycles!

One thing I *did* discover, (by accident of course) and that is by
thrashing around in an FTP client, it *is* possible to finally get to
/home/sites/site#/web *from* /home/sites/site#/users/username/web, but
it's a ghastly, tedious and cumbersome experience. It shouldn't be that
way....<scream>.

Er...well actually Nico, by the luck of the gods I saw it on Friday
