I wouldn't hold my breath. Minor releases in PHP generally have small bug
fixes and minor additional capabilities so it may not be worth Cobalt's time
to build a pkg for it unless it fixes a big security flaw or has some very
compelling new functionality. And I don't recall what new things are
expected for 4.0.6.

If you need PHP now your best bet is to install PHP 4.0.5 from source with
the exact configuration options you require so you have it working the way
you want with support for the programs you want.
