But the install worked? You want to uninstall it because you didn't like it?
You had problems that to know about would help others if they attempted to
install it?
I didn't have any problem at all installing it nor with the virtual sites
using (hug!) Frontpage.
The stats just stopped working after some days and I started receiving a
horde of "broken pipe" mail.
Instead of trying to fix this version, I beleived that installing v.2 would
be better and bug free - at least with less bugs - .
As I said, there is no "uninstalling" feature in the .pkg so I located all
the webalizer related files and removed them; but obviously I missed
something as the .pkg still appears at the software panel and v.2 could not
be installed.
Any idea of what eles can be done ?
At the moment what I did was set up a stat script by axv.com - beleive me
it is REALLY easy to set up and it autoconfigures, for those who are in
need of a stats program - but you need one per site and it uses server
side include.
