You could host multiple sites and DNS via a single IP address. I would
advise against it, but the OS will allow and support it. Consider this, DNS,
telnet,ssh, http etc... all use different ports. Therefore it is possible to
use DNS (53) and  http(80) on the same IP address.

The better way to go is to simple ask your ISP for a few more IP addresses.
