No, they're not isolated:
a) RAID-1/RAID-5 stability problems (crashing)
b) you can only use 2/4 of the memory slots
c) virtual memory/excessive CPU process errors
which results in the machine freezing
d) hard drives work themselves loose
e) 250-site limit
The list goes on and on... Cobalt's solutions are:
a) "isolated incidents" (call tech support)
b) production halted; recall in the works?
c) they weren't aware of this (call tech support)
d) re-seat the drives on a regular basis
e) what limit...?
I (and I'm sure many others) really have to ask the question
of where the QA (quality assurance) was for this product.

We're still running RaQ4r's for most of our clients, because
they're just too unstable at the moment -- and not reliable.
Well, they're really fast machines -- and if Cobalt can ever
get these problems addressed, they'll have a really nice
product on their hands.
