The error message contains the answer you seek. The Name
Server you are querying for the zone file is not authoritive for
that zone and therefore it can't send you a copy of the zone file
as it can't send you a zone file it doesn't have.
Thus you have either made a typo when entering the
authoritive name server for the domain or the name server you
entered is correct but is not authoritive.
Being that a typo on your end is the most likely cause I'd
recomend you make sure you entered the data for the primary name
server correctly. At the very same time, however, I see name servers
almost every day that are all but completely fubar so if you did
everything right then you probably ought to do a whois and a dig on
the domain and see if you can spot what the people who set up the
primary name server did wrong.
