Hi,
I have a Raq3 with a fair few sites on it.
One of my clients has suddenly decided that they want to receive all their
email, and for them to sort it at their end.
So, I can do a catch all and forward it to a pop account or exchange server,
but what they really want, is for us to hold the DNS and web site, but the
DNS point to their on-site mail server.
Is this as simple as putting their on-site mail servers name.domain in the
MX record?
What if their machine only has the IP address?
Any help or thought appreciated.
