[cobalt-users] Where do I find good deal in cobalt!

Hello,

I have several domains with various processing and storage requirements
that are spread throughout different web hosting companies.

I would like to get my own RAQ3 and move them all on that box.

Questions:

1. I am in San Diego, California. Do I have to look for a company locally
or the location of the RAQ should not matter.


2. Where would I find good deals on RAQs.  Is there such a website that
rates the providers?


3. Would it be too much to ask the provider to upgrade the RAM for my
 requirements.
