[cobalt-users] frontpage problems

I tried looking through the archives for the answer to this but even though
the question was asked, no answer has been posted to date.

I have a Qube2 and I have recently done a fresh install via the cobalt
restore CD (I'm fairly new to Linux and after exploring the OS/services for
a while decided to start over).  I have the frontpage extensions installed
but when I go to access the /home/groups/home/  directory (which is, I
presume the root web on the cobalt) I get an error message:  Server error:
Cannot open file \\Cube\home\_vti_pvt\service.lck for writing.   Is this a
permissions issue?  If so, what are the correct permission for this
directory and/or file.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
