[cobalt-users] Qube 2 FTP Issue

I have a client running the Qube2 as an FTP and Mail Server.  Those clients
have a vendor that is trying to FTP orders to the Qube.  The Qube is behind
a Sonicwall Pro firewall and the vendor is behind a Checkpoint VPN-1
firewall.  Communications are open.  My client can FTP to and from the
vendor no problem, the vendor is experiencing delayed logins and then is
getting dropped immediately.  The vendor is using a VB program to
automatically push the orders to my client.  The closest thing to matching
the VB program for testing is FTPing from DOS.  I can FTP to my client from
my office and home with no problems, their consultant can FTP to my client
from his office and home, but the vendor cannot.  However, the vendor is
able to FTP to all other clients using their VB routine except for my
client.  We are both at our wits end on this!  Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.
