Re: [cobalt-users] [qube-users] Qube 2 Disk is full

I get the following message to my admin email

another storage device and delete them from the Cobalt server or else delete
them altogether."

I do not see a way to asses this through the web interface provided by
Cobalt - with the "system status" "disk status" or "maintenance buttons".
How does one evaluate and then clear disk space other than through the web
interface?

I did not find anything on Cobalt's Knowledge Base or in their manual.

Check the archives - I know this has come up before:

The response that I've gotten from Cobalt's tech support is that Cobalt underestimated the size of the root partition, not taking into account the need for "spare" space for updates to the system.

"Active Monitor" and "Disk" will show you that the "Operating System and Programs" is amber, but does not provide a GUI-based fix.

You can operate the box while the status is Amber, but be aware that the system can do funky things like shutting down services.

Good luck!
