[cobalt-users] web.log empty - no webalizer stats on sites

web.log seems to be empty on some sub-domain sites and the /stats/
directory is just empty. it never updates.  These sites get tuns of hits
and the hits show up under the cobalt control panel for that site.  I
can even download the log file via the control panel yet, via telnet the
sites/<site>/logs/web.log file is empty.  I tried doing a chmod 744
web.log and chown'ing to admin but no luck.  and the directory/file
permissions match those on the working sites.  Ideas?  never had any
problem on my domain sites.
