folks-
i used to have a website (e.g. domain.com) that was set as a virtual host.
after doing a sysreset, it appeared that the website and all files
associated was also deleted.
i also checked in /etc/ for the named* files and records associated and no
instances of domain.com
named.conf has no entry for domain.com
there is no pri record for domain.com in /etc/named
etc....
though, i went to another computer outside of our network, did a nslookup
and for some reason the nslookup for domain.com still showed the following:
(i stripped the other stuff, just showing what's still causing problems)
domain.com nameserver = my.nameserver.com
my.nameserver.com internet address = 123.123.123.123
is there some other instance of domain.com in some named record somewhere?
does cobalt have a special way of these?
how do i _completely_ stop using my.nameserver.com for domain.com?
thanks
dave
