[cobalt-users] Can't FTP through Qube2

This is probably a silly issue but we use the Qube2 as a gateway device
and when we were connected via a modem we had no problems accessing an
external FTP site with software like FTP Explorer for Windows. The
connection was obviously hideously slow though so we changed to a cable
modem connection and now we can only connect through DOS FTP or by
telneting to the Qube2 and FTP'ing from there. When we try using any
other Windows software it always gives us "login incorrect" because the
Qube adds an "@hostname" to the username.

 I am new to using the Qube and linux so any help you can offer would be
greatly appreciated.
