Sigh... I've been seeing that message for two years. Search the Microsoft Knowledge Base for this error, and also search in the list archives (you can find the archives at the link which is at the bottom of each message (http://list.cobalt.com/mailman/listinfo/cobalt-users).
You can put your timeouts back to what they were. Unfortunately, it is an Outlook problem, and not a problem with your Qube.
