I have replaced hard drive on a RaQ4i and one hard drive on a RaQ4r.
On the RaQ4i, I replaced the drive then ran the Restore CD on the unit.
On the RaQ4r I, placed the new drive in what I thought was the
secondary drive (according to the manual), and it did not work.
Placing the new drive in the primary (according to the manual)
did work, and the drive was synched by the Raid software.
The manual indicates that the primary is on the right as you
look at the front of the RaQ.
Even if I had it wrong it would seem like the RaQ would
have booted and re-synched the drive that was faulty.
