Hi.
We have some problems since we installed the Cobalt Cube in our company, we
use it as email, the email client installed in each computer is either
Outlook97 or Oulook Express, when we send an email to external addresses
this is unable to be delivered and goes back to the client with the next
error "Unable to reach the next users", "there is not available transport
to deliver to this user", ok, the email client is in spanish and I tried to
translate as it was in english, I hope that somebody knows exactly what I
mean, continuing with the problem, this message goes back to the person who
has sent it, if we press resend the message sometimes is delievered and
sometimes goes back to the user, we have increased the time in the server
to 2 mins and in each client we increaed the time to 1 min but the problem
persists.
If you know this problem and you know how to resolve, please let me know.
