[cobalt-users] raq3 virtal sites missing from gui

All of my sites in the admin gui .  I looked through the archive and 
found some articles that had no resolve.  I have just restored this 
server using arkeia.  I rebuilt the postgres cobalt database but 
nothing seems like it is able to bring the v-sites up in the server 
management page.

I have rebooted the server twice so far but i think something needs 
run to check through the database or something
