Hi,
A customer asked whether they can develop using Java on the RAQ3 - now I
haven't the faintest idea what my next step should be., I see some threads
in the archives where ppl ask about installing some specific versions of
java on their raq - but I haven't got that far yet.
I notice that I have /usr/jre1.2/bin/java and other similar files on my
RAQ3. I also notice that this seems to require the java development kit to
make it functional.
So the question is :
what steps should I take to provide a java development environment for my
customer (or should I push him onto PHP instead :-) ). Do I need to pick
up further code, is there a recommended kit (jdk or kaffe etc etc)
cheers
