Thanks for the info ... yes, I did go there. What actually prompted the
question was I saw some on the FTP site that it appears haven't been
installed and are not listed on the download page.
Do I need to only deal with those on the download page & not worry about the
FTP site?

When visiting the Cobalt Download page you'll see
Downloads should be applied from the bottom of the page to the top, as
they must be
applied in chronlogical order. Application of these patches in
improper order will likely
result in problems with the Sun Cobalt product
You did go there to see what packages there were, didn't you?
