Normal procedure is to start at the bottom of the list and
work up.
Exception is that major releases include previous updates,
so
Start at the top of the list and read down.
When you find a major release i.e.
RaQ4-en-OSUpdate-1.0.pkg
It will list the prerequisites, load them!
It will also list the updates it obsoletes.
Then work your way up the list from there.
