OK Try this.

Go to control panel/dns server and add an MX record (Domain.com pointing to Domain.com).
Then Site Settings/Email Server alias and add domain.com
Then Back to email server parameters under control panel and add www.domain.com to "host/domain aliases"
Also you can set the site email alias to @www.domain.com to accept any user-id.
