I don't know much about rc.d and the way it works, but both nfsfs and arkeia
are S60 and both cobalt_restore and local are S99. Crond and snmpd are both
S40, etc. etc.

That doesn't appear to work either.
Mine is set to S55 which is incidentally the same as named. I don't
remember whether I did that or the install routine did that. I seem to
think that the software did it for me. It works fine.
