Absolutely.  However, and I bring this up again because I still haven't
heard from Chuck, there *is* power in numbers.  The more of us that
start blocking/blackholing/making life difficult, the better.

It's like a bank thief... he's not going to go after the one that's the
most heavily guarded, if he can get the same payoff for one that has a
hundred year-old safe with a rusty lock.

So the point is, the more of us that make it difficult, the more
pressure we can bring to bear on the ISPs who just don't give a rip.
