It actually reports since when there have been no problems ("last time
indicator went back to green"), and not since when is the service running.

For instance, it could be, that your service is running two weeks, but it
didn't respond to Active Monitor's query a week ago, although the program
was running (for instance, heavily cpu/memory usage which caused a
timeout) - so it'll show "has been working since week ago" - although the
server runs for two weeks...
