Try including both the domain and the IP number of your site.  Make sure 
you miss the 'www' off, so you just have the domain name.  i.e. 
mydomain.com rather than www.mydomain.com.

Also, I seem to remember that FormMail produces that error if it was not 
invoked by a POST request.  Make sure your form includes method="POST" - 
remembering uppercase!
