I believe it's called a RaQ4 restore CD (g)

Some of their very high volume Partners have been known to blow that into
a RaQ3.

Maybe someone with a non-production server can ascertain whether the
restore cd from the latest and greatest RaQ will do an upgrade.

And, for those who care to chastise me for even mentioning such a
thing...you must realize that sooner or later, if it's possible, one of
Cobalt's partners(read that "pump that iron") will do exactly that...and
start another round of "Can't believe the price from whatchacallitrack for
the new Cobalt RaqUltimate with a gazzillion gigs"
