[cobalt-users] Remove admin default for virtuserlist

Has anybody worked out which file (and what bit of code) to chop to stop the
RAQ3 GUI from adding

admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx   admin

to the virtusertable.db every time I add a virtual host.

It is a pain in the butt and I cannot fathom why Cobalt have done it!
