I have the same problem with about 10 raq3's i restored with that cd. I 
notified cobalt, but they can't seem to reproduce it. And don't want to fix it.
To see if the cobalt is shutdown, check the backside of the raq, where the 
3 LEDs are located. The one with the "V" sign above it will be flickering 
if its shutdown.
