	Not looking for a fight, and there's a whole lot of reason
to conserve IP space and I personally do not feel that IP based
hosting is a valid reason but handing over complete details of
someone's client base to a competitor, regardless of the reason,
reeks of something amiss. At the very least I would require a
legally binding NDA before I'd even consider consenting to such a
thing.

	Domain names are not needed to justify IP space. Nor have
they ever been asked for in any of the instances when I was involved
in obtaining IP addresses either here or for a client.
