[cobalt-users] [Raq4] cron.daily gone whacky

my cron.daily used to always run at 4:02 am... now it's jumping all over the
place (4am, 4:15am, 5am, 6am)... and all of a sudden it now seems to have
decided that 3:59pm is a good time.

any ideas how this is controlled?
