Re: [cobalt-users] AppleTalk: Incorrect "Disk Space Available"

Morning all. I have this weird issue with AppleTalk. First off, I can
mount a volume if I go to the Chooser and click 'Appleshare' and then click
'Server IP Address' and enter the IP - But I don't see the box in the
Chooser list. I'm not sure if this would cause my next problem.

Is AppleTalk enabled on the machine and set to use Ethernet? If it is, trash your AppleTalk Prep file in your System Folder:Preferences folder, and zapping PRAM might not be a bad idea (that will reset AppleTalk prefs, system volume, mouse speed..)

Second, after mounting the volume thru AFS/IP, the window on my Mac shows
that there is only 19.6MB available and it won't let me copy a larger
amount. But there is actually 1.5GB available and I can copy larger files
thru FTP.

Stumped.

Disk quota per user? Maybe you've given yourself a quota. :)
