[cobalt-users] sending mail to groups and Discussion group

I created few new groups on my cobalt cube 2 server.
First I wanted this disscussion group to be open, so users that are in this
group can send mail to discussion group and that mail's are stored in the
group and also send to the other users in the group.

But it is not so. If the mail is written in the group (from web browser)
it's visible only in web server when user is connected to group.And if
somebody send an email to all users in group, that each individual gets an
email, but message is not stored in discussion group.
I would like that writen message (from WEb browser) is sent to all users of
the particular group.
Other "wish" I have is that if I send an email to disscussion group and that
email is written in group and the same time sent to all subscribers.

Does anybody know how to do this, if it's possible or not? And if it's
possible to give me a clue, where to find how-to file or ... help
