Your nameserver doesn't know it's a nameserver, you have no NS record
somewhere, and the nameserver is 'surprised' to learn from the root
nameserver that it is in fact listed as an authoratative server, thus the
strange error...make sure you have nameserver name/ip that agrees with the
root servers...

all RR's lame hints it can't find the zone either....
